Spring 2019 BOOT CAMP SCHEDULE (January 7 - May 31)
Tuesday - 8:15am & 9:30am
Wednesday - 8:15am & 9:30am
Thursday - 8:15am & 9:30am
Friday - 8:15am & 9:30am
We would like to add more boot camp times in Spring 2019. Find a small group who can meet at a common time and contact Carrie. Times are extremely flexible especially during school hours - email@example.com or text/call - 703-963-5050.
2019 BOOT CAMP PRICING
Unlimited Package - Attend as many classes as you like - $240 (Jan-May 2019)
8 sessions per month (no carry overs)** - $99
4 sessions per month (no carry overs)** - $69
Drop Ins - $20 per session
* Boot Camps must have 2 or more attendees. If only one person shows up, the person will need to attend at a different time that week. Carrie will do everything she can to provide notification to clients in advance of these situations. Boot camps follow Loudoun County School schedule including in-climate weather.
** Unused sessions can not be carried over to next month.
*** Payment is due by first session.
Workout sessions last 50-60 minutes. Workouts can be scheduled on a flexible or standing appointment basis. Workouts are tailored to client's fitness goals and abilities. Nutrition advice is also included.
Single Session - $75 ($75 per session)
Four Pack - $240 ($60 per session)
Six Pack - $300 ($50 per session)
12 Pack - $540 ($45 per session)
* Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be received 24 hours prior to session, or you will be charged the full price of the session.
If there is enough interest, Carrie would like to start an evening Flow Class & Social - This class would offer a soothing combination of yoga and pilates set to powerful music tracks. All movements are designed to relax the body, increase flexibility, and build both muscle and mind strength. The class would be followed by an optional social activity to help you unwind further! These classes will be held at 8:30pm on an evening that works for those interested and cost $20 per session.
*** Flow is limited to the first 6 attendees. Additional classes may be added depending on popularity.
